Remove app packages from all specified device configurations via DeviceQuery. Note this action will only remove the app device configuration and will not uninstall the app on the devices. See sendDeviceCommands to send uninstall requests. Removal of the app configuration may only be done if the app is not installed on the device. A DeviceQuery may contain one collection of deviceIds, serials, labelIds or deviceKeys. Schedule is optional.
